摘要
研究了12Mn2V钢400mm规格连铸圆坯热塑性的变化。结果表明,770℃~880℃时,其Ψ都在40%以下,800℃时最低,为25%,塑性脆性转变温度在850℃~950℃,且该钢种在试验提供的温度范围内抗拉强度总体偏低。依此提出了减少因连铸坯表面纵裂纹引发的拉漏事故的相关措施。
The paper studies the hot plasticity variation of Ф400 mm continuous cast round billet made of 12Mn2V steel. The test results show that the reduction ratios (Ψ) are all under 40% at 770~880℃ and the Ψ is the lowest,25%,at 800℃. The ductile-brittle transition temperature range is 850~950℃. The tensile strength of this steel grade is generally relevant low within the test temperature range. According to the above,the authors offer some pertaining measures to decrease the breakout caused by billet surface longitudinal crack.
