摘要
运用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对影响高等院校体育教育专业实践教学资源开发与利用的因素进行研究。结果显示:开发意识、创新能力、综合知识、奖罚制度、教学环境、团队结构、经费投入等是影响当前体育教育专业实践教学资源开发与利用的重要因素。建议各院校在提高教师思想认识与创新能力,拓宽教师知识面的基础上,加强教学团队建设,完善奖惩制度,加大资金投入,改善教学环境,以确保实践教学资源得到合理的开发与利用。
By using the questionnaires, interviews, statistics and other research methods, the authors analyzed the influence factors of exploitation of practical teaching resources for physical education majors. The result showed that the exploitation of consciousness, creative ability, comprehensive knowledge, the reward and punishment system, teaching environment, team structure and investment of funds are main influence factors of exploitation of practical teaching resources for physical education majors, The authors recommended colleges should strengthen the construction of teaching team, perfect system of rewards and punishments, increase investment of funds, improve teaching environment , which are based on improving teacher＇ s thought awareness and creative ability, expansion teacher＇ s knowledge to ensure rational exploitation of practical teaching resources.
