摘要
针对新建本科院校体育专业实践教学人力资源匮乏和现有人力资源不能合理利用等问题,客观分析了优化配置实践教学人力资源的必要性,并在遵循能级对应、动态调节、内部优先等原则的基础上,提出了优化与配置实践教学人力资源的措施、步骤和按能级、年龄、性别、专业等多种优化配置的方法,旨在使新建本科院校体育专业实践教学走出困境,向质量与特色方向迈进.
Based on irrationality of newly-built colleges and universities to allcocate human resources for sports professional practical teaching and human resource to be scarce,an objective analysis of optimally allcated human resources was given.Following the principle of energy levels corresponding,dynamic regulation and internal priority,the measures and steps of optimizating and configurating human resources of practical teaching were proposed,the optimizated method based on age,gender and profession was also discussed,the studied results may make the newly-built colleges and universities to go out dilemma of sports professional proctical teaching.
