摘要
游泳运动作为一项特殊的运动,对于军校学员的心理和身体都有很大的影响。在平时院校进行游泳教学过程中,由于教学观念的传统化及其教学方法的陈旧,使学员在训练过程中很难达到预定的训练效果。本文通过查找文献的方法,对于在游泳教学过程中所存在的主要问题进行总结。并在课程改革的基础之上,对游泳教学训练手段的科学化进程提出几点建议,为院校军事体育技能教员更好地对学员进行游泳技能的传授提供更多的理论依据。
As a special sport,swimming has a great inf luence on students'psychology and body.In the process of swimming teaching in colleges and universities at ordinary times,it is di ff icult for students to achieve the predetermined learning effect in the process of learning,because of the traditional teaching concept and the backward teaching methods.This paper summarizes the main problems in swimming teaching by searching the literature.On the basis of curriculum reform,some suggestions on the scientif ic process of swimming teaching and training are put forward to provide more theoretical basis for school physical education teachers to teach students swimming skills better.
