摘要
利用D-X型阴离子交换树脂对发酵型五味子果酒进行降酸,结果表明,阴离子交换树脂与样液比例为1∶20时树脂对样液中可滴定酸的表观吸附量最大,为4.74g/100mL,吸附平衡时间为20min,适宜工作流速为4BV/h,适宜再生剂NaOH浓度为0.6%,树脂再生周期为4次。D-X型阴离子交换树脂不仅对五味子果酒的可滴定酸有一定的吸附作用,同时对糖和部分色素类物质也有一定的吸附。
In the present research, a method on decrease of acid con- tent of fermented Schisandra fruit wine was investigated using anion exchange resin. The experimental results indicated that the proportion of anion exchange resin to the sample was 1 : 20, superficial adsorption capacity of resin for titratable acid of the sample reached the maximum of 4.74 g/100 mL, with the adsorption equilibrium time 20 min, the appropriate work flow 4 BV/h, the suitable concentration of regenerating agent, NaOH 0. 6%, and regeneration cycle of resin 4times. Under the conditions, the D-X anion exchange resin not only adsorpted titratable acid of Schisandra fruit wine, but also to some sugars and pigments.
