大气等离子喷涂热障涂层的失效机理及研究进展 被引量:5

Progress of Research on Failure Mechanism and Life Prediction of Atmospheric Plasma Sprayed Thermal Barrier Coatings

摘要 以大气等离子喷涂(APS)法制备的热障涂层(TBCs)有诸多优点。随着燃机进口温度的逐步上升,热障涂层在综合作用下剥落,严重影响其服役寿命,研究涂层的失效机理成为APS热障涂层研究的重要方向。介绍了高温氧化、热循环及蠕变等因素对APS热障涂层使用寿命的影响,总结了其失效机理及寿命预测进展,展望了热障涂层未来的发展趋势。 A review is provided of the progress of research about the failaure mechanism and life prediction of atmospheric plasma sprayed( APS) thermal barrier coatings(TBCs). The effects of high-temperature oxidation,thermal cycling,and creep on the service life of TBCs are introduced. It is pointed out that,along with gradually increasing inlet temperature of turbine,the TBCs are liable to peeling off under the impact of various factors,which severely influences the service life of TBCs. This is why much attention is being increasingly placed on the failure mechanism of TBCs. Moreover,suggestions are also given about the development trend of TBCs.
