摘要
热障涂层作为航空发动机和燃气轮机高温部件的关键材料,其破坏机理与寿命预测是热障涂层研究中急需解决的关键问题.本文回顾了热障涂层的发展历史与研究现状,着重介绍了国内外关于热障涂层破坏机理、实验检测技术、实验模拟系统以及寿命预测研究方面的最新成果,展望了热障涂层研究的发展趋势.
Thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) are one of the key materials of turbines for propulsion and power generation. The failure mechanisms and life prediction of TBCs are the key problems which are urgently needed to be resolved. The TBCs research history and current status both at home and abroad are reviewed. The paper mainly introduces the recent developments of the failure mechanisms, measurement techniques, experimental and numerical simulations and life prediction models of TBCs. Finally, the development tendency of TBCs is proposed.
