摘要
采用Gleeble.3500热模拟试验机研究了焊接气瓶用钢HP295的高温热塑性、焊接热影响区的冲击韧性、控制冷却工艺对HP295钢室温组织的影响规律;结合优化成分设计以及合理的冶炼和连铸工艺控制,开发出了满足技术要求的焊接气瓶用HP295热轧带钢。工艺参数为:出炉温度1150~1200℃,精轧进口温度1010~1050℃,终轧温度840~870℃。卷取温度630~670℃;在层冷前段强冷到700~720℃后,空冷3~4S,第二阶段以10~15℃/s冷却至卷取温度。
The influence of high temperature thermoplastic,impact toughness of welding heat affected zone and controlled cooling process on room temperature microstructure of hot rolling HP295 strip for welded gas cylinder was studied by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation tester.Combined with optimization component design and reasonable smelting and continuous casting process control,the HP295 hot rolling strip for welding gas cylinder of satisfying the technical requirements was developed.The process parameters are as follows,the tapping temperature is 1150-1200 ℃,the finishing starting temperature is 1010-1050 ℃,the finishing temperature is 850-860 ℃,the coiling temperature is 630-650 ℃;the air cooling time is 3-4 s after quick cooling to 700-720 ℃ in forepart of laminar cooling,the second stage cooling to the coiling temperature with cooling rate 10-15 ℃ /s.
