摘要
主要介绍了HSHP-1000T液压机的节能效应。基于常规液压机高能耗的弊端,简要阐述蓄能器的类型及应用优势,并在HSHP-1000T液压系统中创新采用气囊式蓄能器。针对是否安装蓄能器,通过计算两种情况的主机功率,分析蓄能器对液压系统的影响,对比说明蓄能器的引入,降低了液压机装机功率与使用成本,提高了设备稳定性。
The energy saving effect in HSHP-1000T hydraulic press was presented. Based on the disadvantage of high energy consumption of the conventional hydraulic press, the types of the accumulator and the application advantages were briefly described. And the pneumatic accumulator was used in the HSHP-1000T hydraulic system as an innovation. Through calculating the installed power and analyzing the accumulator influence to the hydraulic system, whether to install the accumulator or not was settled. The comparison shows that the introduction of accumulator could reduce the installed power for the hydraulic press, and improve the stability of the equipment.
