脱水压力机液压系统的设计与仿真

摘要 根据织物工业脱水的特点及要求,设计脱水压力机的液压系统。采用基于蓄能器和增压缸的增压保压回路,增加了液压缸的工作压力;在液压缸工作压力较高而流量较小的时候,对液压系统卸荷,降低了系统的发热量;采用压力变送器和比例溢流阀,能实时监测和调节系统压力。以西门子S7-200 SMART PLC为控制核心设计了脱水压力机的控制系统。利用AMESim软件对液压系统进行仿真,为降低液压系统模型的复杂程度,对系统进行了简化,设置了元件的参数,运行后得到了系统的压力特性曲线。结果表明,液压系统满足脱水压力机的设计要求。 According to the characteristics and requirements of dehydration in fabric industry,the hydraulic system of the dehydration press was designed.The pressure-boosting and pressure-keeping circuit based on accumulator and booster cylinder was adopted to increase the working pressure of the hydraulic cylinder.When the working pressure of the hydraulic cylinder was high and the flow rate was low,the unloading of the hydraulic system reduced the calorific value of the system.Pressure transmitter and proportional relief valve could monitor and regulate system pressure in real time.The control system of dehydration press was designed with Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC as the control core.The hydraulic system was simulated by AMESim.The system was simplified to reduce the complexity of the hydraulic system model.The pressure characteristic curve of the system was obtained by setting the parameters of the components and running them.The results show that the hydraulic system meets the design requirements of the dehydration press.
