摘要
通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,从运动环境、运动属性、竞速结构、动作结构与肌肉工作特征四方面对皮划艇(静水)200m项目特征进行研究,同时对生物力学方法在皮划艇项目中的应用研究进行评述。以期研究项目规律,为提高我国皮划艇的竞技水平提供参考。
The thesis adopts the method of literature, expert interviews and other research methods to analyze the charateritics of the Kayak （still water） 200M Project by the sports environment, sports properties, racing structure, move- ment and muscle structure operating characteristic four aspects, and biomechanical methods applied research project to re- search Kayak. Research projects to the law ,in order to improve the competitive level of our kayaks provide ideas.
