摘要
目的:探究糖尿病患者神经病变对男性性功能的影响。方法:将52例男性糖尿病患者和54例男性健康体检者分为两组,采用问卷调查的方法对两组研究对象的性功能障碍情况进行调查,并根据问卷调查结果将52例糖尿病男性患者分为障碍组和非障碍组,比较两组患者的病程以及神经病变发生情况。结果:糖尿病组男性性功能障碍的发生率显著高于健康组,P<0.05,而糖尿病组中障碍组患者的病程和神经病变发生情况均多于非障碍组,P<0.05。结论:糖尿病患者神经病变是影响男性性功能的重要因素,临床应采取积极治疗措施,以防治男性患者性功能障碍。
Objectives： To explore the effect of neuropathy of diabetes patients on male sexual function. Method： 52 cases of male patients with diabetes and 54 healthy male volunteers were included in two separate groups. The sexual dysfunction of them were invested by a questionnaire. Then 52 diabetic patients were divided into disorder group and non - disorder group ac- cording to the results of the questionnaire. Disease duration and incidence of neuropathy were compared among these 52 cases. Results ： The incidence rate of male sexual dysfunction in the diabetic group was significantly higher than that in health group with P 〈 0.05, and the course of disease and diabetes neuropathy in disorder group were more serious than the non - disorder group a- mong the diabetic patients with P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion： Diabetes neuropathy is an important factor affecting male sexual function. Active measures should be taken to prevent sexual dysfunction in male patients.
