温肾活血Ⅰ号方治疗糖尿病性功能障碍作用机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨温肾活血I号方治疗糖尿病性功能障碍(ED)作用机理。方法采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)制备高血糖大鼠模型,选择符合要求的模型再用阿朴吗啡(APO)诱导,筛选出符合最终造模要求的糖尿病ED大鼠模型。将33只大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组(模型组)、复方扶芳藤合剂组(对照组)、温肾活血I号方组(治疗组),3组均按120mg·kg-1.d-1给予二甲双胍控制血糖,给药8周后观察对糖尿病ED大鼠激素指标的影响,最终留取睾丸组织标本观察病理结构的改变。结果治疗组促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)高于模型组、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01),且睾丸生精上皮层次、间质细胞和精子数目增加。结论温肾活血I号方增加糖尿病大鼠促黄体生成素、睾酮分泌,改善糖尿病大鼠生精上皮层次、间质细胞和精子数量,对糖尿病ED大鼠有积极的治疗作用。 Objective To explore the mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine Wenshenhuoxue recipe I for treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) induced with diabetes mellitus. Methods The diabetes mellitus (DM) rat model was induced by streptozotozin (STZ) , and then apomorphine (APO) was administrated to set ED diabetes model. Thirty-three model rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal saline group (model group ), Fufangfufangteng heft group( control group), and Wenshenhuoxue recipe I group (treatment group). Each group were treated with metformin(120 mg. kg^-1.d^-1) to control the level of blood glucose. The effects on hormone of diabetes ED rats were investigated after 8 weeks treatment and the pathologic histological changes of testis were also observed. Results The content of luteinizing hormone(LH) and testosterone(T) in treatment group were higher than that in model group and control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Furthermore, the layer number of spermatogenic cells, interstitial cells and sperm of testis were increased in treated group. Conclusion It demonstrated that Wenshenhuoxue recipe Ⅰ could increase the serection of LH and T, improve the amount of spermatogenic cells, interstitial cells and sperm in DM rats model, and indicated that it might have better effect on erectile dysfunction.
