摘要
目的研究分析糖尿病肾病(DN)并发性功能障碍患者接受中西结合治疗方式的临床效果。方法 2015年1—12月选取了该院的糖尿病合并性功能障碍患者60例来研究分析,将患者分成对照组和研究组,均有30例。对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,研究组接受中西结合治疗,两组均进行了3个月治疗,对临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果对照组治疗前的IIEF-5评分平均是(9.82±1.09)分,治疗后的平均评分是(15.64±3.35)分,研究组治疗前的IIEF-5评分平均是(10.06±1.10)分,治疗后的平均评分是(19.28±2.31)分,两组的IIEF-5评分治疗前后差异有统计意义(P<0.05),治疗后均有所过改善,研究组患者改善情况比对照组优秀(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病合并性功能障碍患者接受中西医结合治疗的临床效果比较好,患者生活质量改善理想,可以推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of Diabetic nephropathy complicated with sexual dysfunction. Methods 60 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy complicated with sexual dysfunction admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine western medicine treatment, while the research group adopted the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,for three months, and the clinical treatment effect was compared and analyzed. Results The average IIEF-5 study group before and after treatment was respectively（9.82±1.09）points and（15.64±3.35）points. The average IIEF-5 score in the control group before and after treatment was respectively（10.06±1.10）points and（19.28±2.31）points, and the difference in the IIEF-5 score between the two groups before and after treatment（P〈0.05）, and the IIEF-5 score was improved after treatment, and the improvement in the research group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of Diabetic nephropathy complicated with sexual dysfunction is better, and the quality of life is ideal, and it can be promoted and applied.
