摘要
[目的]观察结肠宁丸配合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。[方法]将临床确诊的100例湿热内蕴证溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组。对照组48例将锡类散、生肌散、云南白药各1g溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液100mL中保留灌肠;治疗组52例在对照组治疗的基础上,加用口服结肠宁丸15g,3次/d。15d为1个疗程。治疗4个疗程(60d)进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率96.15%,对照组总有效率83.33%,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]结肠宁丸配合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the colon pills combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis clinical efficacy.[Methods]The clinical diagnosis of 100 cases of internal accumulation of damp-heat syndrome in patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups.Among the 48 cases of the control group,each 1g of the Xilei San,Shengji San,Yunnanbaiyao are dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride injection in 100mL retention enema;the treatment group 52 examples,in the control group on the basis of the treatment,combined with colon pills 15g per os,3 times a day.15 days for a period of treatment.4 courses of treatment（60d） to judge the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group the total efficiency rate for 96015%.The control group total efficiency rate for 83.33%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Colon pills combined with traditional chinese medicine retention enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis curative effect,is worth popularizing.
