摘要
试验研究表明 ,以 15 %功率比的微波处理携带大麦条纹花叶病毒 (BSMV)的小麦种子 ,能明显提高小麦对BSMV的抗性而增产 ,其诱导机制是提高小麦植株不同部位木质素含量 ,同时提高过氧化物酶的活性 ,减少组织细胞中X体和变异细胞核的数量。由于木质素含量的提高而增强根系对土壤传播病毒禾谷多粘菌的抗入侵、抗扩张能力。上述抗性已知能维持到第 4年。微波处理不能诱导小麦出现突变穗 ,认为微波处理是对小麦细胞质的诱变 ,其抗性机制是细胞质的遗传。
After investigation for four years, the author found that microwave treatment with 15 % power ratio to seed~borne BSMV in wheat, could both raised the resistance to BSMV and wheat yield.The results showed that microwave treatment could raised the lignin contents of wheat plant, the activity of peroxidase and to reduce the number of X -body and variable nucleus in cells. Higer contents of lignin may resulted in stronger resistance of root system to the soil transmit polymyxa graminis. The effect of induced resistance could maintain for four years. As microwave treatment did not caused wheat spike to variation, we supposed that the mechenism of induced resistance may come from cytoplasmic inheritance.
