摘要 从弹性力学理论的Rivlin应变能函数出发,引出对炭黑填充胶料弹性力学性能进行描述的Yeoh三次方程,以此为基础对单轴拉伸、单轴压缩、平面拉伸和等双轴拉伸的实验设计进行数学推导和讨论,并对非线性有限元分析的5种基本实验进行了描述。列举了轮胎胶料泊松比的测定和计算,并对复合材料性能进行数据计算。 The yeoh cubic formula for describing the elastic mechanical properties of the black filled compound was derived from the Rivlin strain energy function in the elastic mechanical theory.On this basis the experimental designs for uniaxial stretch test,uniaxial compression test,planar stretch test and equibiaxial stretch test were mathematically deduced and discussed,and 5 basic tests for nonlinear FEA were described.The determination and calculation for the Poissons ratio of tire compound were given and the data charaterizing the properties of composite were calculated.
