摘要
装车溜槽是煤炭装车系统的关键部件,利用ANSYS Workbench软件,对装车溜槽的结构进行有限元分析,在此基础上,以溜槽壁厚和L形钢板高度为设计参数,以溜槽的体积、质量、最大变形量和等效应力为目标参数进行结构优化设计,最终得到最佳的溜槽壁厚。
Loading chute are key to coal loading system. This paper analyses the structure of loading chute by finite element analysis with ANSYS Workbench software. On this basis, structural optimization design is completed with the thickness of chute wall and height of L-type steel plate as design parameters, and the volume, quality, maximum deformation and the equivalent stress of the chute as target parameters. Finally, the best wall thickness of the chute is obtained.
