摘要
目的:对比跨境缅籍女性性工作者(female sex workers,FSW)是否使用甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,MA)与高危性行为之间的关系,为下一步干预工作提供依据。方法:2012年4月-5月间,采用雪球抽样法抽取瑞丽市跨境缅籍FSW,在其知情同意下由经培训懂双语的外展人员进行问卷调查,收集MA使用与高危性行为信息,同时进行HIV检测,并对自我报告MA使用者进行甲基苯丙胺尿检。调查问卷采用Epidata 3.10数据库录入,用SPSS18.0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果:共调查118名缅籍FSW。其中94名没有使用MA与24名使用MA的缅籍FSW的HIV感染率分别为8.51%、12.50%。最近1个月付费客人数量、最近3个月与固定性伴安全套使用情况均有统计学差异(P=0.003,P=0.048)。结论:跨境缅籍FSW中MA滥用情况及高危性行为明显,对其开展MA相关深入调查和综合干预十分必要。
Objective： In this paper we intended to observe the relationship between methamphetamine （MA） abuse and high - risk sexual behaviors of the cross - border Myanmar female sex workers （FSW）,and the aim here was to provide evidences for the further intervention. Methods：Ruili city was chosen as the site and snowball sampling method was adopted to select the cross -border Myanmar FSWs as the respondents. With informed consent, the trained Chinese - Myanmar bilingual outreach workers conducted questionnaire survey to investigate the MA abuse and high -risk sexual behavior information, meanwhile HIV test was done for all, methamphetamine urine test for those who have reported MA abuse. It was conducted from April to May 2012. The whole questionnaires were entered Epidata 3. 10 database and statistically analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Results： There were 118 respondents totally involved in this survey. The HIV prevalence of the 94 respondents who did not reportMA using was 8.51%, at the same time 12.50% for the 24 MA users. Their average amount of clients in the previous month and condom use with their regular partners in the past three months showed statistically significant difference respectively （ P = 0. 003, P = 0. 048 ）. Conclusion： MA abuse and high - risk sexual behaviors in the cross - border Myanmar FSW are considered as obvious high risk. It is necessary to carry out further MA related investigation andcomprehensive intervention between them.
