摘要
目的对比分析边境地区中越籍商业性女性性服务者(FSW),多国性伴及高危性行为情况,为下一阶段联合干预提供科学依据。方法选择云南某边境县越南籍及中国籍FSW,滚雪球方法选取社区FSW为调查对象,双语外展人员问卷调查,收集目标人群多国性伴及高危性行为等方面资料进行对比分析。结果越南籍FSW多国性消费者发生率为59.00%,越南籍FSW与中国籍FSW发生过性行为对象中,性消费者多国情况对比χ2值为28.43,P<0.05,固定性伴多国情况对比χ2值为4.84,P<0.05。有90%越南籍FSW与性消费者多数情况下使用安全套。两国FSW与临时性伴、性消费者、固定性伴安全套使用情况P值均小于0.05。结论越南籍FSW多国性伴情况普遍,与性消费者、临时性伴使用安全套情况低于中国籍FSW,应重点加强干预。
Objective To perform comparative analysis of multi-country sexual partners and high risk behavior between border Chinese and Vietnamese FSW＇s to provide scientific evidence for further jointed cross-border intervention.Methods We used community snow-ball sampling method to choose Chinese and Vietnamese FSWs at two border counties.The investigations were carried out by well-trained bilingual outreach workers.The content includes demographic characteristics,multi country sexual partner and HIV/AIDS related high risk behavior for comparisou.Results 59.00%of the investigated Vietnam FSWs serviced multi countries clients.The comparison of the Vietnamese FSW′s clients and Chinese FSW′s client showed that χ2 value of the multi-nationality clients was 28.43,P0.05;χ2 value of the multi-nationality regular sexual partner was 4.84,P0.05.Most Vietnam FSWs used condoms most of the time in last month;two country′s FSW condom using with paid clients and temporary client also showed difference with P0.05.Conclusion Vietnam FSW indicates more multi-country sexual partner＇s phenomena.Condom-use rate is lower than Chinese FSW when they have sex with clients,temporary and regular sexual partners.Thus,it is important to strengthen the intervention among border Vietnam FSWs in order to reduce HIV spread.
