摘要
目的掌握曲靖市暗娼的性传播疾病/艾滋病(STD/AIDS)危险行为特征和影响因素。方法绘制娱乐场所分布图,采用三阶段随机抽样法抽取调查对象,进行一对一匿名调查。结果调查739名暗娼,平均年龄23.66岁,AIDS知识平均知晓率为57.36%。首次性行为年龄18.51岁,每周平均客人数3.19人。最近一次与客人使用安全套的占53.86%,与客人每次都用安全套的占10.42%。39.64%的人在半年内有过生殖器的异常,27.30%的人到正规医院就诊,44.71%的人自己买药,22.53%的人到私立诊所就医。自愿做过艾滋病病毒(HIV)检查的占2.84%,认为自己有感染HIV可能性的有9.47%,HIV感染率为1.23%。结论暗娼对AIDS知识认识少,且未充分认识AIDS的危害。暗娼感染和传播HIV的危险行为有多性伴,性交频次多,首次性交年龄较小,无保护性行为多,性病患病率高,吸毒兼卖淫。
Objective To understand the HIV/AIDS knowledge, attitude and risk behavior in CSWs in Qujin city. Methods CSWs were investigated face to face with the same questionnaires including their basic knowledge,attitude and behavior for HIV/AIDS.Results 739 CSW was investigated, the youngest was 14 years old,and 50.74% of them received junior or middle school education. The average age of their having first sexual intercourse and beginning prostitution was from 18.51 to 21.88 years. Average number of sexual partners were 3.19 weekly. CSW＇s knowledge for HIV/ AIDS was insufficient and when they had sex trade with their clients, the preventive measures against STD/AIDS were incorrect and the proportion of condom use was low. Treatments of STD/AIDS were not standardized.Conclusions CSW＇ s knowledge of safe sex and preventive measures against STD/AIDS need to be further improved. Medical care seeking be haviors for STD/AIDS need to be guided in a correct direction. The key to sex heath education for CSWs was to establish corresponding social supporting system.
