联合用药治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察联合用药治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的临床疗效。方法将100例VVC患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组予硝酸咪康唑栓置阴道和伊曲康唑口服治疗。对照组仅予硝酸咪康唑置阴道治疗。观察2组治疗效果。结果治疗后同时段,观察组有效率和治愈率均高于对照组,复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合用药治疗VVC可提高治疗效果,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。
