伊曲康唑联合达克宁栓治疗和预防复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病的疗效观察

摘要 [目的]探讨伊曲康唑联合达克宁栓治疗和预防复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病的效果。[方法]A组给予伊曲康唑口服200 mg/d,连用3 d;同时将外阴洗净,每晚放一粒达克宁栓(400 mg/粒)入阴道后穹隆,连续用药3 d。B组与A组一样用药3 d,再连续6个月经周期用上述药物,每个周期3 d。[结果]两组冲击治疗1周时,两组痊愈率差异无显著性(x2= 0.02,P>0.5)。总有效率比较也无显著性(x2=0.002,P>0.5)。两组治疗后第3个月和第6个月时,两组的复发率比较有显著性差异(x2分别为6.12和8.73,P<0.001)。[结论]伊曲康唑短程冲击治疗联合达克宁栓加长期预防性给药对复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病的治疗和预防复发有一定疗效。
