克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果及安全性。方法将我院2014年8月~2016年11月收治的妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎患者104例,按治疗方法不同分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用克霉唑阴道片治疗,对照组采用硝酸咪康唑栓剂治疗,两组均于治疗后30天和分娩后进行随访,记录两组的临床治疗效果、分娩方式、产后新生儿皮肤真菌携带情况及不良反应情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为98.07%,对照组为96.15%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应发生率比较,研究组为5.77%,对照组为19.23%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组阴道分娩率、新生儿携带真菌率比较,研究组为69.23%和7.69%,对照组为65.38%和11.54%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎的效果显著,对分娩方式无影响,且可降低新生儿携带真菌率,用药安全性高。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of pregnant women with candidal vaginitis. Methods The data of pregnancy with Candida vaginitis collected in our hospital from August 2014 to November 2016 were analyzed retrospectively,according to the methods of treatment were divided into study group(treated by Clotrimazole vaginal tablets)and control group(with miconazole nitrate suppository treatment),were followed up after treatment and 30 dafter delivery,recorded clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients,mode of delivery,postpartum neonatal skin fungus carrying status and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.77%in the study group and 19.23%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate was 98.07%in the study group,and the control group was 96.15%(P>0.05),the vaginal delivery rate of the study group was 69.23%,and the neonatal fungal rate was 7.69%.The control group was 65.38% and 11.54% respectively(P>0.05). Conclusion Clotrimazole vaginal tablets is effective in the treatment of pregnant women with Candida vaginitis,It will not affect the mode of delivery,and can reduce the rate of neonatal fungi,the safety of medication is high.
