摘要
目的观察健康教育路径在老年膝关节置换术中的应用效果。方法将120例行膝关节置换的老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组按统一制定的路径表进行健康教育指导;对照组给予围术期常规护理。观察2组入院后情绪、睡眠质量、术后尿管留置时间及第1次下床时间,并调查患者健康教育知识测评及对护理质量满意情况。结果观察组情绪稳定,睡眠质量良好,术后尿管留置时间<10h及术后第3天即下床者比例均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康教育知识测评合格率及护理质量问卷满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径可提高患者自护能力和生活质量,增加患者满意度,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of health education path in elderly patients with knee replacement. Methods 120 cases patients with knee replacement were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 60 cases. Observation group were given health education instruction according to a unified path table ; control group received routine care during perioperative. Observed the admission mood, sleep quality,postoperative catheter indwelling time and first time out of bed, and investigated the health education evaluation and care quality satisfaction of 2 groups. Results The proportion of e- motional stability, good quality sleep, postoperative catheter indwelling time 〈 10h ,3 days after being out of bed of observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The health education as- sessment questionnaire pass rate and care quality satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Health education path can improve patient's self-care ability and life quality, increase patient's satisfaction ,promote the rehabilitation of patients ,and worthy of clinical application.
