摘要
目的观察临床护理路径在经尿道前列腺等离子汽化电切术中的应用效果。方法选择2009年3月至2011年3月四川省内江市第六人民医院收治的120例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象,随机分为2组:对照组和路径组各60例。对照组:给予围手术期常规护理;路径组:按照统一制定的临床护理路径表进行护理指导。比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、健康知识得分及护理满意率。结果路径组的住院时间、住院费用均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);健康知识得分及护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径有助于提高护理质量,促进患者康复。
Objective To observe the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in transurethral vaporization of the prostate.Methods We collected one hundred and twenty patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who came to our department during 2009.03 to 2011.03 as research object.The were divided into two groups randomly：control group and pathway group.Each group had sixty cases.The control group was given perioperative routine nursing.The observation group was given nursing instruction according to nursing pathway list.The hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,health knowledge score and nursing service satisfaction rate of two groups was compared.Results Hospital stay and hospitalization expenses of pathway group was lower than that of control group（P0.05）.Health knowledge score and nursing service satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway help improving nursing care quality and recovery.
