摘要
目的探讨老年膝关节置换术围术期的护理风险与处理方法。方法总结14例手术患者的术前、术中、术后护理。结果通过对14例手术患者实施护理干预,无1例发生并发症,手术均成功,关节功能良好。结论通过提高围术期的护理质量,降低手术的并发症,提高了手术的成功率,提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the nursing risk of perioperative period in senile patients with knee replacement and its corresponding solution. Methods Preoperative nursing, intraopera- tive nursing and postoperative nursing of 14 surgical patients were summarized. Results Through the implementation of nursing intervention for 14 surgical patients, all the patients underwent surg- eries successfully, no one had complications, and function of knee joint recovered well. Conclusion Improvement of perioperative nursing can reduce the complications of surgeries, increase the suc- cess rate of surgeries and improve the life qualities of patients.
