摘要
目的探讨胃袖状切除联合胆胰转流术在重度肥胖病治疗中(BMI>35)的临床应用效果。方法根据患者意愿、结合体质量指数及相关代谢并发症,选择2008年2月—2012年2月本院收治的重度肥胖病患者8例,采取胃袖状切除联合胆胰转流术进行治疗。结果 8例患者手术均获成功,无1例发生手术并发症。术后第1、6、12月进行随访,8例患者减重效果显著,相关代谢合并症也有明显改善。结论胃袖状切除联合改良胆胰转流术治疗重度肥胖病效果显著。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effort of sleeve gastrectomy combined with bilipancreatic diversion for morbid obesity （BMI 〉 35）. Methods The clinical data of 8 obese patients who received sleeve gastrectomy combined with biliopancreatic diversion from Feb 2008 to Feb 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The surgery condition, recovery condition, body mass index （BMI） and related metabolic complications were observed and compared. Results The operation was successfully performed without complications in all cases. During the follow- up, 8 patients＇ BMI have significantly dropped after 1 month, 6 months and 12 months. The metabolic complications were improved obviously after the operation. Conclusion Sleeve gastrectomy com- bined with biliopancreatic diversion were significantly effective in morbid obesity treatment.
