双能X线吸收法诊断肥胖症的价值初探 被引量：3

摘要 双能X线吸收测量法（DXA）技术可用于测定身体脂肪组织、非脂肪组织和骨矿物质含量,为肥胖症诊断增加了一项新的手段.应用DXA技术对健康人群体脂分析有一些研究报道[1-3].本研究通过对较大样本健康人群DXA体脂检测,旨在分析正常人群体内脂肪含量及脂肪分布规律,探讨肥胖症的DXA诊断指标,并分析其与糖代谢紊乱的关系.
