生长激素在肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者促排卵治疗中的作用 被引量：1

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征（ecos）是一种生殖功能障碍与糖代谢异常并存的内分泌紊乱综合征，是无排卵性不孕的主要原因，常伴有高胰岛素血症和肥胖。据有关资料川显示，PCOS患者生长激素（GH）释放可能存在异常，特别是肥胖型PCOS妇女，GH释放振幅降低50％，释放频率无变化，引起低生长激素血症。近年来，应用外源性重组GH作为辅助剂在促排卵方案中的应用逐渐成为热点。本院2006年1月-2007年12月对部分肥胖型PCOS患者加用GH促排卵，提高了排卵率，现报告如下。
