多囊卵巢综合征助孕治疗研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是一种生殖功能障碍及糖代谢异常并存的内分泌紊乱综合征，持续性无排卵、雄激素过多和胰岛素抵抗是其重要特征。其发病率占生育年龄妇女的6％～10％．目前已成为无排卵性不孕症的最主要原因之一。PCOS的病因尚不清楚，诊断标准也存在争议。PCOS促排卵方案尚无充分依据可循，而PCOS的助孕治疗是改善PCOS生殖功能的关键。本文就目前PCOS的助孕治疗进展概述如下。
