摘要
随着青年教师在高校中的比例增多,其教学质量成为一个非常重要的问题,而课堂教学是教学过程的关键环节,本文结合教学实践,从充分备课、启发教学和及时总结三个方面探讨了青年教师提高课堂教学质量的方法。
With the proportion of young teachers in colleges and universities increased, the quality of teaching has become a very important question, and classroom teaching is the key link in the teaching course. Combining teaching practice, the article discusses the methods from three aspects： full preparation for lessons, heuristic teaching and timely summary for improving classroom teaching quality of young teachers.
