摘要
新课程改革日益深入与义教段学科教师配备不全的矛盾要求我们不断完善师资队伍的结构,培养一专多能型教师。一专多能型教师培养的有效策略主要有统一认识、建立完善的保障机制、制定基于事业发展需要的培养规划、有效的培训措施和编写专用教材等。
The contradictions between the reform of New Curriculum and insufficient teaching staff in primary and junior middle schools requires bettering teaching staff structure and cultivating multi-skilled teachers. The effective measures include unifying understanding, establishing guarantee mechanism and training plan, compiling specialized teaching materials.
