摘要
以 1,1,6,6-四苯基 - 2 ,4 -己二炔 - 1,6-二醇为主体分子 ,可简单而迅速地从独活粗提物中选择分离有效成分甲氧基欧芹素。收率为 0 .12 %。用 IR、1H NMR、MS表征了甲氧基欧芹素的化学结构 ,并且用 HPL C评价了选择分离的效果。还用 IR、粉末 XRD方法确证了主体分子与甲氧基欧芹素形成了包结化合物。
A active constituent,osthole,was isolated simply and rapidly from the crude extract of the dry roofs of the Chinese herb DUHUO by the principle of molecular recognition.It is based on the used of 1,1,6,6 tetraphenylhexa 2,4 diyne 1,6 diol as host capable of selective forming inclusion compound with osthole.The yield of osthole was 0.12%.The chemical structure of osthole was identified by means of IR, 1H NMR,and MS and the results of HPLC analysis have shown that the inclusion crystallization method was very effective for the isolation of osthole from the crude extract of DUHUO.The formation of the inclusion compound between host vip molecules was identified by means of IR and powder XRD.
