摘要
目的:比较独活的药典品种重齿毛当归(Angelica pubescens Maxim f.biserrata Shan et Yuan)(川独活)与在东北地区以独活代用品入药的兴安白芷(Angelica dahurica Benth etHook)(东北独活)的根及根茎中挥发油和香豆素类成分的差别。方法:分别采用气质联用法(GC—MS)和薄层扫描法(TLC—SC)。结果和结论:二者在挥发油的组成和香豆素的分类上均存在差别。从重齿毛当归中,共检出90种挥发油类,经计算机检索和与标准图谱对照,鉴定了其中52种。从兴安白芷中共检出57种,鉴定了其中37种。对以上两种植物的70%乙醇提取物进行薄层扫描比较,发现二者虽均以香豆素类为主,但川独活中主要为简单香豆素和二氢呋喃香豆素类,东北独活主要为呋喃香豆素。
Objective： To find the difference of volatile oil and coumarins in the roots and rhizomes of Angelica pubescens Maxim fi biserrata Shan et Yuan and Angelica dahurica Benth et Hook. Methods： Applying GC -MS and TLC -SC respectively. Results and Conclusions： 90 kinds of volatile oils have been checked in Angelica pubescens Maxim fi biserrata Shah et Yuan , among them 52 kinds have been identified; 57 kinds of volatile oils have been checked in Angelica dahurica Benth et Hook, among them 37 kinds have been identified; The main constituents in 70% EtOH extracts of both Angelica pubescens Maxim fl biserrata Shan et Yuan and Angelica dahurica Benth et Hook are coumarins ,but in Angelica pubescens Maxim f. biserrata Shan et Yuan, the main coumarins are simple coumarins and dihydrofuran coumarins,while in Angelica dahurica Benth et Hook,the main coumarins are furan coumarins.
