摘要
以航道测量船远程管理为研究内容,分析了长江航道测量船远程监控系统特点及相关功能的特殊要求,结合长江航道沿线通信传输资源,设计了长江航道测量船远程监控系统的总体结构、数据库组织结构及系统功能,研究了长江航道数据测量关键技术,介绍了长江航道测量船远程监控系统应用部署方案,实际应用表明,基于设计方案和关键处理技术研制的长江航道测量船远程监控系统应用效果良好,取得了较好的社会和经济效益,对提高内河航道服务品质、提升内河航道通行能力起到重要的促进作用。
A system of remote condition monitoring for channel surveying vessels was discussed. Characteristics of remote condition monitoring system of Yangtze River channel surveying vessel were analyzed and special requirements of correlative func- tions were discussed. Combining with communication transfer resource along with Yangtze River channel, the architecture, data- base structure and systematic function of the remote condition monitoring system of Yangtze River channel surveying vessel were designed. Key technologies of data measurement for Yangtze River channel were investigated. The application disposition plan of the monitoring system was introduced. Application results show that the designed system works well. Good social effects and eco- nomic effects were achieved. It significantly promotes the service quality and traffic capacity of inland waterways.
