摘要
提出了一种采用NetLinx网络体系设计船舶电站监控系统的方案.首先进行监控系统的硬件选型,设计监控系统的硬件连接结构图,并分析硬件系统的数据通信过程.然后分析上位机监控软件的配置结构和功能,根据自动化电站的控制功能和操作习惯设计了监控系统人机界面,所设计的界面友好、直观形象.仿真实验结果表明:现场信号能够和上位机之间实现正确地传输;硬件系统可靠性高,环境适应性强;上位机监控软件能够使操作员充分掌握船舶电站现场的运行状态,从而实施有效的控制.
A scheme, which adopted NetLinx network for designing the marine power station monitoring system, is presented. Firstly, the hardware of the monitoring system is selected, the frame of hardware system is designed, and the process of the data traffic of the hardware system is analyzed. Secondly, the configuration structure and the function of the monitoring software are analyzed, and according to the control function and operating habit of the automation power station, the human machine interface of the monitoring system is designed, which is friendly and visualized. The results of simulating experiment indicate that the field signal can accurately transmit between the controller and PC, the hardware system designed has a high reliability and a good environment adaptability, and the operator will fully master the running state of marine power station by the monitoring software of PC, then gives the effective control.
