摘要
本文分绍了利用微机和关系型数据库技术所推出的科技文献管理系统。该系统运用软件工程的设计方法,分析了科技文献管理的基本模式与环境要求,提出了系统通用模型和结构、设计步骤、主要技术要求及子系统的功能与实现方法。
This paper introduces scientific and technical documents mana- gement system for the channel of yangtse river which is designed and imple- mented with microcomputer and relation DBMS.It is suitable for medium or small scale institute. With the theory and methods of software engineering,the basic manage- ment mode and environment are analysed,then the general model and structure of the system are proposed,in addition,the design procedure,the main used technologies,the functions and implementing methods of the sub-systems are discussed.
