摘要
目的制备黄柏紫草地榆霜并对其质量控制疗效。方法采用水包油乳膏基质配制,然后进行复方黄柏紫草地榆霜的稳定性实验和皮肤刺激性实验。并用对照法验证临床疗效。所获数据采用方差分析t检验。结果所配制黄柏紫草地榆霜稳定性好,对皮肤无刺激性。10%的复方黄柏紫草地榆霜组与派瑞松霜组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论该霜剂制备工艺可行,质量稳定,质控方法简单、可靠。复方黄柏紫草地榆霜疗效好,安全性高,是治疗婴幼儿湿疹的理想制剂。
Objective To prepare and assess the quality of traditional Chinese medicine cream containing Huangbo, Zicao and Diyu. Methods The cream was prepared by taking oil-in-water emulsion as base material. Then stability test and skin-irritative test were performed. And the clinical efficacy and safety were tested. Results The traditional Chinese medicine cream had good stability and no irritation on skins. There were no significant differences between 10% traditional Chinese medicine cream group and pevenson group （P〉O.OS）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine cream can be prepared feasibly. The property of the cream was stable and the quality can be controlled easily. The cream is effective, safe and it is an ideal drug for infantile eczema
