摘要
综述了国内外有关手性药物的研究进展,归纳了手性药物消旋体及单一对映体间药效学及药动学差异可能导致的不良反应风险因素,介绍了手性药物安全性的研究方法。加强对手性药物的研究,对预防控制其不良反应十分必要。
This paper gives an overview about the current status of domestic and foreign research progress of chiral drugs, summarizes the risk factors of adverse reactions induced by the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetic dif- ferences between racemates and enantiomers, describes the research methods of chiral drug safety. To prevent and control the adverse reactions of chiral drugs, it is essential to strengthen the research.
