摘要
目的:观察舒血宁注射液治疗缺血性结肠炎的疗效。方法:选择30例缺血性结肠炎患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组。对照组(13例)给予抗生素及常规支持对症治疗。治疗组(17例)在前述治疗基础上加用舒血宁20ml/d静点。观察治疗前后腹痛、便血恢复情况,血粘度变化,复查结肠镜对比结肠黏膜愈合情况。结果:两组比较,治疗组腹痛、便血恢复快,血粘度改善,结肠镜复查病变愈合率高。结论:舒血宁注射液可以促进缺血性结肠炎患者的症状恢复及黏膜修复,可用于缺血性结肠炎的治疗。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Shuxuening injection on ischemic colitis.Methods：A total of 30 patients with ischemic colitis were randomly divided into the control group（13 patients） and the treatment group（17 patients）.The control group was treated with conventional therapy, the treatment group was given Shuxuening injection combined with conventional therapy.The total period of treatment was 14 days.Hemorheological indexes were determinded was assessed before and after the treatment,Colonoscopy was used to evaluation the recovery score of colonucosa.Results：Compared with the control group,the length of days with abdominal pain and fecal occult blood positive were shortened in the treatment group.Hemorheological indexes were significantly reduced in the treatment group.Conclusion： Shuxuening injection can effectively ameliorate the hemorheological index which may contribute to the recovery of colonmucosa.Shuxuening injection can be conventionally used in clinical treatment of ischemic colitis.
