摘要
铁路隧道的运营安全对铁路的整体安全至关重要,从铁路运营隧道安全性研究的需要出发,依据影响铁路隧道安全的复杂因素,构建运营隧道安全评价指标体系;采用专家评议法确定了安全评价指标的权重,提出定性和定量结合的运营隧道安全性评定模型和方法;运用模糊数学方法对铁路隧道施工安全评价指标进行评价,并根据评价结果确定铁路运营隧道的安全等级标准。对建立的模糊数学评价模型的实际应用表明,其评估结果与铁路隧道实际安全状况较吻合。研究表明,采用模糊数学评价模型对铁路隧道的运营安全进行评估具有现实意义。
This paper is aimed at presenting a renovated comprehen- sive evaluation model of the railway tunnel security and the ways for its applications. For the actual demand of the railway operating tunnel security, we have classified the main parameters in accordance withthe corresponding indexes based on the analysis of the main "factors that are hkely to influence the railway tunnel security. Analyzing the complex factors affecting the railway tunnel security, this paper has first of all established an evaluation index system, which involves 19 2-layer factors in the 5 l-layer factors. We have also realized the quantification of the railway operating tunnel security qualitative in- dexes by joining the security evaluation indexes weight with the exper- tise evaluation results. And, next, we have proposed a railway tunnel security evaluation model in combination with the comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis. In so doing, the evaluation can be done by means of the railway tunnel security evaluation indexes re- spectively by the fuzzy mathematical method to meet the needs of the security level standards. The results of the primary practical applica- tions of the model prove that the evaluated resuhs are in conformity with the actual security situation. As compared with other currently adopted tunnel security evaluation methods in China, this fuzzy com- prehensive model of ours can reflect the actual situation to the railway tunnel more comprehensively, with higher reliability and accuracy provided. Moreover, this evaluation model can also help to change the present situations where the field evaluations done by the opera- tional engineering workers just by sensory or subjective assessments. All the above said privileges help to show that this mathematical mod- el proposed in this paper enjoys more actual and direct advantages for practical applications. It can also provide a theoretical guidance for the whole process security management for railway tunnels.
