摘要 影响铁路运营隧道健康状态的因素众多,并且具有模糊性。按照指标体系中的评价指标的选择原则,在对影响铁路运营隧道结构安全的因素进行分析的基础上,从铁路运营隧道健康诊断研究的需要出发,构建评价指标体系。采用10/10~18/2标度法确定评价指标的权重,运用岭形函数计算评价指标的隶属度矩阵,以加权平均算子进行定量化综合分析评判。该模糊综合评价模型减少了评估中的主观因素,并且可操作性好。 Factors that affect the health condition of railway tunnels in operation are numerous and fuzzy.A diagnosis index system is established according to the selection principles of diagnosis indexes in the diagnosis index system and based on the analysis of the factors which can affect the structural safety of railway tunnels in operation and from the need of health diagnosis of such tunnels,.The 10/10~18/2 scales are used to determine the weights of evaluation indexes,the ridge-shaped functionis are adopted to calculate the membership matrices of evaluation indexes,and the weighted average operator is used to conduct the quantitative and comprehensive health evaluation analysis.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can reduce subjective factors affecting assessment and is of good maneuverability.
