摘要
早期的Crosrol清梳联设备通常用开-关方式给棉,系统压力波动大,稳定性差。随着电子技术的发展,PLC、变频器广泛应用于清梳联设备上,应用具有模拟运算及PID调节功能的PLC控制器,结合设备改造,对工艺流程路线、输棉管道进行调整,实现了连续均匀喂棉。经改造后,可实现小批量生产,并可增加产量,改善质量,提高劳动生产率。
The early Crosrol blowing - carding equipment usually deliveries cotton in on-off mode with system pressure fluctuation, featuring poor performance stability. With the development of electronic technology, PLC and frequency converter are widely used in blowing-carding equipment. The application of PLC which is of analog computation and PID regulating function, combined with the equipment modification and improvement of the process route and cotton delivery pipelines, brings a continous and even cotton feeding. The system can make small batch production possible, increase production, improve quality and raise labor productivity.
