摘要
介绍了郑州纺机厂短流程清梳联的工艺流程和工艺调整情况,注意输棉管道和吸尘管道压力的控制,认为清梳联不是开清棉和梳棉的简单结合,而应系统考虑制订工艺,根据原棉特征进行调整。
In this article are introduced the technological processes and technology adjustment of the short process chute-feed card produced by Zhengzhou Textile Machine Builder. It is suggested that pressure control in conveyers and suction channels should be much more attentioned. It is important to adjust the technological processes to meet raw cotton properties based upon systematical consideration. Because chute-feed card can not be simply looked as the combination of scuteher and carder.
