摘要
为了解决国产条并卷机与精梳机间不能连续化、智能化生产衔接的问题,探讨JSFA3181型条并卷机自动运卷系统的研发,重点分析KBK桁架输送系统和AGV智能小车导航输送系统2套自动运卷系统方案,并就KBK桁架输送系统的运卷机构、支架机构、吊卷机构、输送机构及AGV智能小车导航输送系统、在线自动充电系统的工作原理及优势进行剖析。通过试运行证明:2套自动运卷系统设计方案较为合理、可行性高、稳定性好,可实现条并卷与精梳机间的连续化、智能化生产衔接,提升了我国高端精梳成套设备的技术水平。
In order to solve the problem of failing to realize continuous and intelligent production between domestic lap drawing frame and combing frame, probing is done into the research and development of automatic-transport lapping system on lap drawing frame JSFA3181. Highlight analysis is given to the scheme of two sets of the lapping systems including conveyor systems of KBK trusses and the robot navigation trolley AGV. Further analysis is done to the working principle and advantages of transport lapping mechanism, stand mechanism, lifting mechanism, conveying mechanism,the robot navigation trolley AGV and on-line automatic charging system. The trial run proves that the design schemes of the two sets are reasonable, feasible and stable, which can realize the continuous and intelligent production between lap drawing and combing, consequently improve the technical level of high combing fame in China.
