薄板CMT焊接技术是在MIG/MAG焊接工艺基础上开发的一种革新技术,热输入极低,可焊接薄至0.3mm的板材,并可实现钢与铝的异种连接。介绍了CMT焊接技术的工作原理,工艺流程以及技术特点,并举例说明其发展应用现状。
Sheet CMT welding technology is an innovational technology which is developed based on MIG/MAG welding techmcs. Its heat input is very low, and the thin plate whose thickness is only at 0. 3 mm can be welded. The heterogeneous connection about steel and a- luminum also can be realized. The working principle of CMT welding technology, process flow and technical characteristics were introduced. Then its development and present application condition were illustrated.
