摘要
许多产品在功能故障发生前具有潜在故障期 ,选择合适的时机进行功能检查 ,是减少功能故障造成的安全、任务或经济影响的有效措施。现有的模型多数是单一检查周期策略 ,而实践中常采用不等周期检测 ,特别是两阶段功能检查更为普遍。运用延迟时间的概念 ,建立了产品两阶段功能检查模型 ,以单位时间的平均费用最小为目标 ,确定最佳的潜在故障检查间隔期 ,并给出了该模型的应用示例。
There is a period of potential failure before the functional failure for many products. Therefore, suitable scheduled functional checks are effective measures to reduce safety, mission and cost effect of functional failures. A single period of inspection policy is generally employed by most of the current models. But in practice nonperiodial inspection policy is usually used, especially that of inspection at two stages. In this paper, a model of functional inspection at two stages is developed by using the concept of delay time. The optimal intervals for inspection of potential failure are determined with minimum cost using this model. And an example is presented to illustrate the model.
