摘要
根据可靠性维修和主动性维修理论,结合发电厂设备资产管理(DLEAM)系统的开发,对电厂设备采取了预防性和预测性维修相结合的管理策略。DLEAM系统以工单为载体,以工作单的提交、审批和执行为主线,跟踪管理的设备资产生命周期的全过程,将企业各管理部门以设备的运行维护为主线协调统一起来。根据制定的设备维护策略,研究了预防性维修和预测性维修的流程。系统的预防性维护功能通过周期性维修、检查、润滑、维修路线、资产计划表和设备状态点定义等多个应用程序实现,同时预留与各类项目管理软件、实时系统的接口,为预防性维护的执行提供便利。
According to the theories of Reliability Centered Maintenance and Proactive Maintenance, the combnication of preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance, which is the strategy of preventive maintenance and management,should be adopted according to the development of power plant equipment asset management system (DLEAM). All the enterprise departments are well integrated with the work flow as carrier for the equipment maintenance and management. Therefore with the the submitting, approval and implementation of work order as the main line,the whole life cycle of equipment asset management can be tracked in the DLEAM. According to the strategy of equipment maintenance, the flows of preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance are researcherd. The systems preventive maintenance functions are realized though periodic maintenance programe, inspection programe, lubrication programe, maintenance ways programe,asset schedule programe and the programe for the status points definition equipment. And in order to facilitate the implementation of preventive maintenance, the interface between EAM with various types of project management software or the same time real-time monitor systems need to be designed.
