摘要
46,XY核型的性发育异常疾病(DSD)发病率较低,但有上升趋势。然而在诊断及治疗方面目前仍具有很大的挑战性,临床医生对患者的性别分配、手术时机及手术方式等方面还存在着很多争论,治疗的重点也在不断变化着。此病对患者的生理及心理都会产生很大影响,社会应对此类患者给予更多的关心和帮助,使得患者能够最大限度的正常生活。本文将根据目前针对此病存在的一些争论着重探讨46,XY核型DSD性别分配、诊断及治疗时机和方法等方面的内容。
The incidence of disorders of sex development （DSD） among 46 ,XY is low but on the rise. Faced with huge chal- lenges on diagnosis and treatment, clinicians still have a lot of controversial issues such as when to assign the gender, when and how to do the surgery, etc. The focus of treatment is always changing. 46,XY DSD will have a significant impact on the patients＇ physiology and psychology, and for which the patients deserve more care and help from the society so that patients will have a normal life. Here, according to the present argument against 46, XY DSD, we demonstrate the gender assignment, diagnosis and timing and methods of treatment.
